Job Summary
- In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing business-to-business (B2B) sales by building strong relationships with corporate clients.
- You will offer tailored gifting solutions, process bulk orders, and support end-to-end service delivery while actively contributing to sales growth and long-term client retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new corporate clients, focusing on HR teams, procurement managers, executive offices, and corporate event planners.
- Account Management: Build and manage relationships with corporate accounts, deeply understanding their specific gifting needs and preferences.
- Solution Pitching: Recommend personalized gift solutions based on client budgets, brand alignment, and promotional objectives.
- Proposals & Pitches: Prepare and send professional business proposals, tailored pitches, and service decks to prospective clients.
- Order Management: Oversee order processing, ensuring absolute accuracy in customization, branding, pricing, and delivery coordination.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely, smooth, and damage-free deliveries.
- Pipeline & Targets: Drive the corporate sales pipeline to meet and exceed established monthly and quarterly B2B sales targets.
- Retention & Follow-Up: Follow up with clients post-delivery to ensure maximum satisfaction and nurture repeat business.
- Marketing Alignment: Work closely with the marketing team to develop corporate-focused campaigns, seasonal gift catalogs, and promotional offers.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B account management, or business development is an advantage.
- Industry Plus: Previous experience working within the corporate gifting, luxury retail, or lifestyle industries is a strong plus.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication, professional presentation, client service, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to confidently pitch lifestyle products and premium services to executive corporate buyers.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple complex client accounts simultaneously.
