Job Description / Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

  • Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.

  • Plan and schedule social media posts to ensure a consistent and timely presence.

  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, building a strong online community.

  • Track and analyze social media metrics, providing regular reports on performance and insights.

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and partnerships.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.

  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into the firm’s strategy..

  • Ensure all social media content aligns with the firm’s brand voice and aesthetic.

  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach.

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and social media interactions to inform content and strategy decisions.


Requirements 



  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or lifestyle industries.

  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

  • Strong graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)

  • Ability to create and edit photo and video content.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media data.

  • Ability to generate innovative ideas and content.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Familiarity with social media advertising and paid campaign management.


Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
