- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
- Plan and schedule social media posts to ensure a consistent and timely presence.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, building a strong online community.
- Track and analyze social media metrics, providing regular reports on performance and insights.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and partnerships.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into the firm’s strategy..
- Ensure all social media content aligns with the firm’s brand voice and aesthetic.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and social media interactions to inform content and strategy decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or lifestyle industries.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Strong graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Ability to create and edit photo and video content.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media data.
- Ability to generate innovative ideas and content.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Familiarity with social media advertising and paid campaign management.
Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
