  • As a rapidly expanding healthcare provider we are seeking skilled and experienced business Development Executives to join our team

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the generating, sustaining business links across healthcare sector for the Hospital.

  • They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones.

  • They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.


Responsibilities



  • Build relationships with prospective clients

  • identify and Maintain business opportunities in the healthcare sector and consistently contact existing clients

  • identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

  • Analyse market and establish competitive advantages

  • collaborate with other teams to align Business Development plans with the corporate goals

  • Prepare slides and make presentations to potentials clients where necessary

  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.

  • At least 3 years experience in similar role in the healthcare sector

  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Able to hit the ground running with little or no experience.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Should reside in Lagos or willing to relocate
