As the Director of Sales, you will be expected to manage the operations of our sales team.
You must have the capability to build and lead a team of sales representatives, leading and motivating team members to achieve their sales goals and objectives.
You will also create and implement strategic sales plans that will help to build and develop enduring customer relationships with the company.
Responsibilities
Developand execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Leadand motivate teams of Sales Representatives to develop customer relations, increase market share and sales revenue.
Designprogrammes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Overseesales team recruitment and create training programmes to train new and existing employees in the sales department.
Monitorsupply and demand, competitor offers, and costs to determine and adjust selling prices.
Forecastand create annual sales quotas for regions and territories to determine sales objectives.
Analyzemarket trends and results to determine annual unit and gross-profit plans.
Understandand communicate the organization’s value propositions and processes through proposals and presentations.
Person Specification
Bachelor's Degree (MBA will be a plus)
10 - 15 years of Senior-level sales experience.
Prior experience in a leading real estate company is compulsory.
Leadership and communication skills.
Work experience within the real estate sector is required.
Sales skills, including experience in managing sales teams, developing sales strategies, and meeting monthly sales targets for the team.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to analyze and interpret sales data.
Proficiency in Information tracking, Sales analytics, and PowerPoint presentation.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Knowledge of the real estate market in Lagos is a must.
