We are currently seeking a skilled Logistics Manager to oversee our logistics operations and contribute to our success.

YOU'LL GET TO...

• Oversee the management of inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels of vehicles, parts, and accessories.


• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of vehicles and parts.


• Manage the receipt, inspection, and distribution of incoming vehicles and parts; oversee the shipping process for all import & export.


• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and meet dealership and workshop goals.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers; negotiate contracts and terms.


• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all logistics-related documentation, including shipping manifests, delivery receipts, and inventory records.


• Lead, train, and motivate a team of logistics and warehouse staff; ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures.


• Collaborate with the sales and service departments to ensure customer orders and deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time.


• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.


• Ensure all logistics activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 5 years+ experience as a Logistics Manager or similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.


• Relevant certifications in logistics or supply chain management (preferred).


• Relevant certifications or training in automotive quality control.


• Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and inventory control.


• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repair processes, and quality control standards.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


• Proficiency in logistics software and systems.


• Strong leadership and team management abilities.


• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
