  • Property Valuation: Conduct valuation of properties for sales, rental, and mortgage purposes. Ensure accurate assessment of land and building values.

  • Property Management: Oversee the management of residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Ensure properties are well-maintained and meet legal and safety standards.

  • Lease and Sales Negotiation: Act as a liaison between property owners and clients, negotiating leases and sales agreements. Ensure favorable terms for the company and clients.

  • Market Research: Analyze real estate market trends, property values, and economic factors to provide informed advice on property investments.

  • Site Inspections: Conduct inspections of properties to assess structural conditions, maintenance needs, and compliance with building codes and regulations.

  • Property Development: Advise on property development projects, including site selection, feasibility studies, and planning processes.

  • Documentation: Prepare detailed reports, appraisals, and legal documentation for property transactions. Ensure all property records are maintained and up to date.

  • Land Acquisition: Assist in the acquisition of land and properties for development or investment purposes.

  • Client Consultation: Provide consultation to clients regarding property purchases, rentals, sales, and investment strategies.

  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks related to property acquisitions, leases, or developments and recommend mitigation strategies.
