JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a talented and motivated individual for the position of Real Estate Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Real Estate sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities. It is a full-time hybrid role in Bogije Ibeju Lekki Lagos, offering flexibility for some remote work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit more sales partners for the company
- The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in growing the sales of our organization
- Develop and implement effective business strategies
- Drive sales initiatives
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, and partners
- Influence more sales group to partner with the company
QUALIFICATIONS
- Interested candidate should possess minimum OND in any related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Real Estate marketing with proven sales record
- Must be an existing Realtor
- Ability to influence Realtors in favour of the company is a plus
- Reside within Abijo to Eleko in Ibeju Lekki Lagos
