Job Description
We are seeking a young smart female Realtor with experience in Social Media management and Customer support for a full-time role in managing our Social Media and Customer Support towards optimizing our products and services of our Real Estate company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service
- Manage posting and response of our social media pages
- Ensure adequate engagement of our audience online
- Curate engaging contents to align with business goals
- Answer all client incoming calls, reroute phone calls or take down messages where necessary
- Work closely with the accountant to follow up with our clients' and Realtors' comply with their plans
- Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments
- Monitor, organize and forward emails
- Maintain records and files
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc
- Keep updated records and files
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, training etc)
- Manage clients' transactions with the company - subscriptions, payment plans, follow-up mails and calls on payment
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate should possess Bachelor Degree or HND in Communications related discipline
- Must reside within Abijo GRA to Eleko Lekki-Epe axis and accommodation available
- Proven customer support experience and experience as a Social Media Manager
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- An experience in a Real Estate firm is a plus
