Responsibilities:



  • Develop and create high quality advertising campaigns

  • Develop strategies to increase brand awareness

  • Manage and schedule content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Grow our social media presence by increasing followers, engagement, and conversions

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and social media strategy

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer service) to ensure alignment and maximum impact

  • Create property listings, virtual tours, and other marketing materials

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and ADs  management


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • At least 3 years of experience in social media and ADs management

  • Must be proficient in online ADs targeting and management

  • Proven track record of success in creating engaging content and growing social media presence

  • Excellent writing, editing, and design skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)

  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and current market trends

  • Experience with email marketing and newsletter creation

  • Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research
