We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media/Admin Officer to join our team. In this role, you will manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, and oversee various administrative tasks that support the smooth operation of our office. If you’re passionate about social media, have excellent organizational skills, and can juggle multiple tasks efficiently, we want to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:


Social Media Management:



  • Develop and implement creative social media strategies to boost online presence.

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, and videos) across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages promptly to improve engagement.

  • Track and analyze social media performance using relevant metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.


Administrative Support:



  • Provide administrative assistance, including managing schedules, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.

  • Organize company events, meetings, and appointments, ensuring smooth logistics.

  • Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies, managing files, and handling inquiries.

  • Support HR and management teams with additional tasks as needed.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree, OND, or relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms (with a portfolio or examples of previous work).

  • Strong administrative skills, with experience in office management or similar roles.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and social media management tools.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Skills:



  • Knowledge of content creation and digital marketing.

  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

  • A creative mindset and a passion for social media trends.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
