Job Description

• This is a full - time on-site role for a Real esatate marketing manager at BRIT Properties Nigeria Limited.


• The Real estate marketing manager will be responsible for market planning, marketing, market research, team manmagement, and sales on day-to-day basis.

• Market planning, marketing management, and market research skills


• Team management and sales skills


• Proven exp[erience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies


• Demonstrated ability to lead andf manage a marketing team


• Strong sales acumen and ability to drive initiatives


• Excellent commuinication and interpersonal skills


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with 2 - 5 years experience.


• Proficiency in marketing tools and software


• Experience in recruitment is a plus.
