Job Summary

• The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will drive the company’s technology strategy and execution to support its long-term goals. This executive role requires a visionary leader with the ability to align technological innovations with business goals, ensure the seamless execution of IT operations, and cultivate a high-performing technology team. The CTO will collaborate with other C-suite executives and department heads to provide technical insights and develop scalable solutions that drive growth.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.


• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.


• Proven Experience: Experience in a CTO, VP of Engineering, or equivalent role, with demonstrated success in driving growth through technology.


• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of [specific industry] technology trends, tools, and best practices.

• Expertise in IT consulting, BPO, and Managed Services, with a proven track record of driving innovation and digital transformation. 


• Demonstrated experience in leading complex IT infrastructure projects and managing cybersecurity initiatives.
