Job Description




  • Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy in documentation.

  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment verification, and reconciliations.

  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenditures against budget allocations.

  • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.

  • Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and forecasts.

  • Participate in audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.

  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and support cross-functional initiatives.

  • Stay updated on financial regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.

  • Provide general administrative support to the finance team as needed.



Job Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new concepts and processes.

  • Understanding of financial principles and terminology.

  • At least 1-3 years experience in finance or accounting.

  • Completion certificate or proof of exemption from NYSC

  • Professional Certification in finance or accounting is an added advantage
