Responsibilities




  • Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with Sycamore’s brand and business goals across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).

  • Creative Storytelling: Leverage storytelling techniques to create relatable, fun, and educational content that resonates with our audience.

  • Content Writing: Craft compelling and engaging copy for posts, captions, and promotional materials. Master our relaxed and conversational tone to connect with our audience authentically.

  • Social media management: Handling posting across all owned media platforms and ensuring to monitor engagements.

  • Video Content Creation: Lead the production of video content, including short-form videos, reels, and stories. Collaborate with the design and content teams to ideate and execute video concepts that highlight Sycamore’s unique value.

  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community experience. Use insights to guide strategy and create more of what our audience loves.

  • Trend Tracking & Research: Stay on top of social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure Sycamore remains relevant and competitive.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor social media analytics and KPIs to track content performance, optimize strategies, and report results to the Product & Content Marketing Manager.



Qualifications




  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and storytelling within a brand context. Fintech experience is a bonus.

  • Exceptional writing skills with a knack for conversational, engaging, and clear messaging.

  • Strong experience with video content creation, including familiarity with editing tools and trends in short-form video formats.

  • Creative and innovative thinker who understands how to build a brand presence through social media.

  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Familiarity with social media scheduling, analytics, and engagement tools.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt in a fast-paced environment.



Bonus Skills:





  • Knowledge of financial services or experience in a fintech environment.
