Responsibilities

• Nurturing leads to convert them to clients and firm deals


• Guiding clients through the investing, buying, and selling process


• Organizing and booking property showings when needed


• Ordering, preparing, and finalizing marketing material


• Providing new listings with social media promotion to help increase exposure


• Developing networks and cooperating with lawyers, mortgage lenders, and inspection personnel


• Keeping up-to-date with any changes in the local and national real estate market.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 0 - 2 years experience.


• Excellent problem-solving skills


• Strong negotiation and selling skills

• Ability to work as an independent contributor and as part of a team
