Job Brief




  • We seek a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will drive sales of our cutting-edge IT solutions and infrastructure services across various industries, including Finance, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Telecom, and NGOs.



Responsibilities



Sales & Account Management:




  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.

  • Manage and develop existing client relationships.

  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans.

  • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to provide comprehensive solutions.

  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.



Business Development:




  • Prospect for new clients and generate leads.

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

  • Conduct market research and industry analysis.

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows.



Administrative Tasks:




  • Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts.

  • Maintain a comprehensive CRM database.

  • Create and submit proposals and quotations.

  • Handle contract negotiations and paperwork.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of experience in IT solution and infrastructure sales.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
