Responsibilities
Sales & Account Management:
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
- Manage and develop existing client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide comprehensive solutions.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
Business Development:
- Prospect for new clients and generate leads.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research and industry analysis.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Administrative Tasks:
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts.
- Maintain a comprehensive CRM database.
- Create and submit proposals and quotations.
- Handle contract negotiations and paperwork.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in IT solution and infrastructure sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
