Job Summary
- The IT Support Officer is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the organization's IT systems, ensuring the efficient operation of all IT equipment, and providing technical support across company branches.

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Configure desktop and laptop operating systems.
- Diagnose and fix PC malfunctions on a daily basis.
- Ensure efficient operation of all IT equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and software-related issues before the close of business daily.
- Perform systematic troubleshooting of PCs and system networking (LAN and WAN) weekly, with reports submitted before close of work on Saturdays.
- Configure and manage webmail facilities, ensuring updates are completed in the first week of every month.
- Perform PC cloud backup and synchronization daily.
- Manage the company’s cloud accounting software, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, system networks, printers, and scanners.
- Provide technical support across company branches physically and virtually as needed.
Educational Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a B.Sc or HND in Computer Science or a related field.
- Have a minimum of three years of relevant work experience.
