Responsibilities

• To effectively market the company


• To introduce new clients to the company estimate The Market Value of land, buildings, and commercial (real estate) properties


• Must be able to write detailed reports


• Offer investment appraisals and advice


• Helping clients maximize profits from the sale or rent of their property

Qualifications

• HND / B.Sc in Estate Management, Building Surveying, Real Estate or Planning and Property Development


• 1-3 years minimum experience


• The candidate should be confident


• Communication skills and networking ability


• Understanding of, and interest in, the local property market and the process of buying and selling property.


• Property Management knowledge


• Must reside in Apapa or close environs.

Salary

N70,000 / Month.
