Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and generate Business Development & Sales opportunities across the company’s sectors.
- Expand the company’s customer base by 50% through strategic outreach and relationship management.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and continuous support.
- Conduct market research and analyse marketing metrics
- Analyze industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Develop and implement promotional plans to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Develop a strategic marketing plan and implement same
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, and provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required.
- Experience: 5-10 years of proven experience in business development and sales, ideally within the signage, branding, advertising, construction or infrastructure sectors.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of signage and construction industry as relates to marketing
- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in B2B sales, achieving targets, and building strong client relationships.
- Additional Skills: Proposal writing, Knowledge of Digital Marketing, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to conduct market intelligence and demonstrate strategic thinking.
- Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred.
