Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Call Centre Agent with a strong command of the English language and an excellent accent to join our dynamic team. This remote role involves engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and meeting service targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about services.
Service Targets:
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.
- Promote services effectively to achieve sales goals.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Accurately record call details, outcomes, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to the management team on recurring issues or customer concerns.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on company offerings and customer service techniques.
Requirements:
- Strong command of the English language with a clear, pleasant accent.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a call centre role (preferred).
- A personal laptop is mandatory to qualify for this role.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for handling calls.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant software.
