Position Overview




  • As a Business Developer, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, fostering relationships with clients and investors, and helping shape the future of the real estate industry.

  • You will play a key role in expanding our portfolio and securing new projects while maintaining long-lasting partnerships with existing clients.



Major Responsibilities




  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market, including potential investors, developers, and commercial clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, investors, and key decision-makers.

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for new property developments, acquisitions, and leasing opportunities.

  • Negotiate and close deals related to property sales, leasing, and joint ventures.

  • Prepare and present business proposals, investment opportunities, and project pitches to prospective clients and investors.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing, while ensuring a smooth client experience.

  • Track and report on business development performance, including lead generation, sales, and market penetration.



Requirements




  • B.Sc in Business Management or Development, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and real estate management software is a plus.

  • Experience in commercial, residential, or mixed-use real estate developments.

  • Proven experience as a Business Developer in the real estate industry or in a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, property development, and investment strategies.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive results.

  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.

  • Strong sales acumen and experience in closing deals.

  • Existing network of clients, investors, and industry contacts.

  • Familiarity with property valuation, market analysis, and investment analysis.
