We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Benin City, Nigeria. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients in Benin City and surrounding areas
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly targets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate new leads
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales with a history of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Problem-solving aptitude with a customer-focused approach
- Knowledge of local market trends in Benin City and surrounding areas
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage
