Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction of projects and monitor activities at worksites.


• Coordinate and see to completion of projects on time within budget & scope


• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities & monitor, and summarize progress of project


• Develop contracts, liaise with subcontractors and vendors.


• Ensure resources availability and allocation.


• Order, purchase and manage distribution of materials & equipment to workers


• Develop, initiate, and coordinate project work


• Assess, modify, and upgrade project work


• Troubleshoot and resolve large complex issues and problems


• Organize and update databases and information


• Ensure that products meet industry standards and project specifications and making adjustment as necessary


• Assemble, draft, edit and review reports, customer quotes, and technical documents.


• Monitor & see to inventory of all equipment, tools, machines, and generators used in and out of the factory.


• Communicate schedule for the day, scheduling changes, and relevant infrastructure shift to staff.


• Coordinate and track project progress and schedules


• See to supervision and implementation of daily production reports


• See to workers compliance of all safety rules.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc / B.Tech / B.Eng in Construction, Project Management or preferably Construction Engineering with at least 2 years work experience.


• Candidate should reside in Ajah or its environs


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.


• Team-management and leadership skills.


• Experience in construction industry required


• Time management.
