Job Description
The successful applicant will be responsible and expected efficiently deliver on the following aspects of the organisational operations:
- Staff management: Recruiting, training, and supervising administrative staff, such as receptionists and medical secretaries
- Budgeting and financial management: Overseeing finances, including budgets, billing, and payroll
- Regulatory compliance: Ensuring the practice meets all compliance standards and is in compliance with rules and regulations
- Operations management: Overseeing the daily operations of the practice, including ensuring the office is opened and closed on time if applicable
- Customer service: Addressing customer complaints or concerns and maintaining a high level of patient care and customer service
- Policies and protocols: Helping with policies and protocols, especially those related to health and safety, equipment, IT, and building
- Patient records: Managing patient records and IT systems
- Inventory management: Monitoring inventory and ordering new supplies of medication and medical equipment
- Leadership: Leading a large staff and building relationships with patients and staff
The Practice manager is also expected to work with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and administrative staff to ensure that all department of the organizatio synergistically runs smoothly.
Required to give a monthly report of progress to the Directors and proprietary.
