Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet monthly and annual sales targets

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve outstanding results

  • Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals within specified timelines

  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and identify opportunities for repeat business

Requirements




  • Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in sales, preferably in the real estate and construction industry

  • Strong educational background in Sales or a related field

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills

  • Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve exceptional results

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
