JOB DESCRIPTION



We are seeking a talented and motivated individual for the position of Real Estate Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Real Estate sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities. It is a full-time hybrid role in Bogije Ibeju Lekki Lagos, offering flexibility for some remote work.



RESPONSIBILITIES




  • Recruit more sales partners for the company

  • The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in growing the sales of our organization

  • Develop and implement effective business strategies

  • Drive sales initiatives

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis

  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, and partners

  • Influence more sales group to partner with the company



QUALIFICATIONS




  • Female only

  • Interested candidate should possess minimum OND in any related field

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Real Estate marketing with proven sales record

  • Must be an existing Realtor

  • Ability to influence Realtors in favour of the company is a plus

  • Reside within Abijo to Eleko in Ibeju Lekki Lagos
