Job Description
Purpose of Role:
As the logistics intern, the role holder will be responsible for ensuring administrative efficiency within the logistics department.
Responsibilities:
- Record keeping and files management.
- Data entry.
- Report collation.
- Tracking of logistics activities.
- Updating the logistics tracking app.
- Third party vendors’ payment reconciliation.
- Complaints resolution and escalation.
- Petty cash handling and reconciliation.
- Manage communication to internal customers.
- Perform any other administrative and data entry tasks within the department.
The ideal candidate:
- Currently undergoing NYSC or searching for a PPA.
- Experience in basic administrative and office duties.
- Data entry experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (especially Microsoft excel) and dashboards.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good writing and verbal communication skills.
- Driving experience and valid driver’s license.
Qualifications: Bsc / HND in a related field.
