Our client is seeking a Technical Consultant to support its sales and client success teams. This role bridges technical expertise and customer engagement, focusing on pre-sales consulting, requirement gathering, and post-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct requirement gathering, client demos, and technical webinars.
Run proofs of concept to validate product fit for clients.
Manage tickets, resolve client issues, and monitor usage trends for cross-selling opportunities.
Work with sales and engineering teams to provide tailored solutions.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) or HND in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years in technical consulting, pre-sales engineering, or customer success roles.
Familiarity with requirement gathering, demos, and proofs of concept.
Proficiency in managing tickets and providing ongoing client support.
Knowledge of customer success strategies, including cross-selling techniques.
