We are seeking a highly creative and passionate Social Media Manager with a strong background in music to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engage with fans, and promote our music-related content across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the music industry, trends, and the digital landscape, combined with a knack for creating engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.



Key Responsibilities:




  •  Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company’s overall marketing and branding goals in the music industry.

  • Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and others.

  • Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, videos, and live-streaming events, to drive user interaction and promote music releases, tours, and other events.

  • Collaborate with artists, influencers, and other industry professionals to enhance brand presence and fan engagement.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, using insights to optimize content and campaigns.

  • Stay current on social media trends, music industry news, and emerging technologies to keep our content fresh and relevant.

  • Develop and manage online communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Organize and execute social media campaigns to promote new music releases, events, and merchandise.

  • Work with the creative team to ensure that visual content is on-brand and optimized for each platform.

  • Foster relationships with music influencers, bloggers, and other key figures to grow brand exposure.



Qualifications:




  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, ideally in the music industry.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools, particularly those relevant to the music industry.

  • Experience in creating content that resonates with music fans, including video, audio, and interactive elements.

  • Knowledge of music culture, artists, and trends across various genres.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Experience with social media analytics and tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.

  • A passion for music and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies in the music industry.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple projects.



Preferred Skills:




  • Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.).

  • Familiarity with streaming platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, and SoundCloud.

  • Strong network within the music industry and knowledge of music marketing.
