Job Summary

• We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Tele-Loan Collection Agent to join our team! If you are looking for an opportunity to grow in a dynamic work environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to facilitate loan recovery.


• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.


• Develop and implement effective collection strategies.


• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of an SSCE/NCE/OND/HND with at least a month exepreince in Recovery


• Must possess either an Android phone or an iPhone.


• Proximity to Allen Avenue,Ikeja, is essential.


• Availability to work Monday to Friday, with two Saturdays and two Sundays a month onwith days for leave and weekend are paid as overtime and free Lunch Provided during the weekend overtime .


• Immediate Resumption Required.

Benefits

• Basic Salary is N100,000 Monthly [that is N80,000 Basic attendance bonus N20,000 ] While performance bonus[Commission &Overtime ] weekly and monthly is up to N70,000 - N150,000 bonus.


• Transportation Allowance (prorated based on attendance) N500 Dialy .


• Food Allowance (prorated based on attendance).


• Full Attendance Bonus (payable only for full attendance).


• Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage fully paid by the company.


• Pension plan fully funded by the company.
