Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (30-35%):
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies.
- Lead candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles.
HR Project Management (65-70%):
- Lead HR projects aligned with company goals (e.g., performance management implementation, Dentists Development Programs, leadership development initiatives, etc).
- Implement and optimise HRMS to enhance HR operations.
- Analyse HR data to drive decisions and improve processes.
- Oversee cross-functional team collaboration for project success.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s or HR certification is a plus).
- Experience: 5+ years in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and project management.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI, etc).
- Proven experience in HRMS implementation and management.
