• Are you passionate about fashion and have strong leadership skills? Gidi Chic Boutique, a premier destination for trendy and stylish clothing, is seeking a Female Store Supervisor to manage our store operations and lead our sales team to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.


• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.


• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocking, and manage merchandise displays.


• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.


• Ensure the boutique is well-organized, clean, and aligned with Gidi Chic’s brand image.


• Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.


• Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


• Proven experience (2-3 years) in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in retail or fashion.


• Passion for fashion and an eye for style and trends.


• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.


• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.


• Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
