Job Summary:
We seek an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to support our operations team in managing our organization's day-to-day activities. The successful candidate will assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising operations to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies to achieve business objectives
- Coordinate and supervise daily operations, including logistics, supply chain management, and inventory control
- Analyze operational data and reports to identify areas for improvement
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Manage and supervise a team of operations staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in operations management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of operational management principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and operations management software
