We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Relationship Managers with a proven track record in deposits mobilization to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing and maintaining the bank’s deposit portfolio, developing strategic relationships, and identifying opportunities to attract high-value customers.
This role requires individuals with excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective strategies to mobilize deposits from new and existing customers.
Identify and establish relationships with high-net-worth individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients.
Manage and deepen existing customer relationships to increase deposits and cross-sell other bank products.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitive trends.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the bank’s internal policies in all deposit mobilization activities.
Prepare periodic reports on deposit performance and progress toward set targets.
Work closely with the business development and product teams to tailor offerings to customer needs.
Act as a brand ambassador, representing the bank professionally in all interactions.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 2-5 years experience in deposit mobilization or a similar role in a financial institution.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding deposit mobilization targets.
Strong network of high-net-worth individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
What We Offer
Salary: N180,000 - N300,000 / month.
