RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in the execution of all advisory projects from compensation and benefit, Performance Management, Skill audit


• Develop frameworks around the various HR value chain and tailor to each client’s need and strategy


• Assisting in the execution of projects and in delivering on different client briefs.


• Administration of tests and assessments


• Interviewing and Report writing


• Conduct research via social networks to identify talent to be categorized


• Attract pool of talent to the website and recruitment portal.


• Conduct industry research and product research in order to charter new areas of business

REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field


• Minimum of 5 years HR Experience


• Professional Certificate is an added advantage (CIPM or PHRi)


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen


• Proficient in MS Office
