Duties and responsibilities
Our medical facility requires an Accounts Officer to ensure customer data is entered into various databases and support invoicing functions. Some of their common daily tasks include:
- Data Entry functions
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Sending bills and invoices to HMOs and Corporate Clients
- Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments
- Making calls to hmo and obtaining approvals
Requirements
- Female/Male 28-35 years
- Degree in Accounting, maths, finance, business. Admin
- Experience in hospitals will be an added advantage
- Team player, friendly, confident, honest
- Excellent communication skills and customer service
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Numeracy and IT skills essential
