Job Description

By superior client service, the incumbents will meet our clients' property / real estate needs by:

• Carrying out property sales and leases


• Property and facility management


• Determining the value of landed property and the various interests therein


• Handling related estate management issues

Qualifications

• Minimum of a B.Sc in Estate Management


• 3-5 years experience in a similar position in a reputable organization

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills


• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools


• Technical knowledge of the real estate market
