Key Responsibilities
Academic Programme Coordination:
- Coordinate academic activities and schedules with lecturers and facilitators.
- Support facilitators in module delivery and manage student academic queries.
Teaching and Grading:
- Teach academic modules and provide accurate grading in line with institutional standards.
Curriculum Development and Quality Assurance:
- Work with the Research Programme Officer on needs-assessment research for continuous curriculum development.
- Ensure compliance with academic standards and align learning objectives with the curriculum.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Support the Director in designing and implementing stakeholder engagement strategies.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Advanced academic degree in a field relevant to at least five of the twelve thematic areas of the CSG curriculum (e.g., Personal Leadership, Political Economy, Public Policy).
- Proven experience in academic programme management, including curriculum coordination and quality assurance.
Skills & Competencies:
- Expertise in academic programme coordination and delivery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Knowledge of global academic best practices and quality assurance standards.
