Job Description:




  •  We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to lead our talent acquisition and talent management initiatives. This role combines strategic recruitment with employee development programs to build and maintain a high-performing workforce. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences, from recruitment through career development, while implementing best practices in talent management.



Key Responsibilities:



Talent Acquisition:




  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent

  • Partner with department heads to understand human resource needs, and create human resource

  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring processes

  • Negotiate job offers and manage the closing process

  • Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies using various channels

  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards



Talent Management:




  • Develop and implement employee retention strategies

  • Create and maintain career development frameworks

  • Design and coordinate performance review processes

  • Identify skill gaps and create targeted training programs

  • Lead succession planning initiatives



Employee Experience:




  • Design and execute employee onboarding programs

  • Create and maintain employee engagement initiatives

  • Develop and implement succession plans

  • Organize employee recognition programs



Analytics and Reporting:




  • Prepare monthly/quarterly recruitment and retention reports

  • Analyze hiring trends and provide strategic recommendations

  • Monitor recruitment costs and maintain hiring budgets

  • Generate analytics for workforce planning



Requirements:




  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, specifically in talent acquisition and management

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent development strategies

  • Talent sourcing, excellent interview techniques and candidate assessment

  • Understanding of employment law and HR compliance requirements

  • Proven track record of successful recruitment campaigns

  • Strong analytical and report-writing skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Proficiency in workplace tools; Google, Zoho , etc
