We are seeking to recruit an Administrative Manager to support senior management in achieving organizational goals.
The Administrative Manager will play a key role in overseeing business operations, providing advisor with extensive experience working closely with senior management, deep business acumen, and an understanding of the Healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth business functioning.
Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on operational improvements and business efficiencies.
Manage and coordinate office services, including staff schedules, facilities, and supply chain needs.
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to optimize operations.
Assist in preparing budgets, financial reports, and resource allocation to support business goals.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution.
Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of administrative and support staff.
Maintain accurate records and files and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Conduct regular reviews and assessments of administrative processes to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
Minimum of 2years’ experience in administrative or operations management, preferably within science and technology sector.
Proven experience working with senior management and providing advisory support.
Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in business management software and tools.
