Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Store Auditor to conduct audits and inspections of our retail stores to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will identify areas of improvement, provide recommendations, and support the implementation of corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of retail stores to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Identify areas of non-compliance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address audit findings
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Collaborate with store management and employees to ensure understanding of audit findings and implementation of corrective actions
- Prepare and submit audit reports to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in auditing, retail operations, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and auditing software
