Job Summary:




  • We’re seeking an Overseas School Admissions Consultant to oversee school admissions for clients. This role includes client interaction and operational support.



Responsibilities:




  • Manage visa applications and documentation.

  • Advise on overseas education opportunities.

  • Maintain client relationships and provide updates on immigration laws.

  • Prepare clients for application processes.

  • Assist clients in planning travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and activities.

  • Provide expert advice on destinations, travel requirements, and best practices.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and needs.

  • Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and industry changes.

  • Manage and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly.

  • Plan and sell travel products and services.

  • Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them of appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations.

  • Provide relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travellers.

  • Provide advisory services on visa fees, admission application fees, hotel accommodation fees, service charges and other relevant miscellaneous fees.

  • Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell admission packages

  • Deal with recurring travel problems, complaints or refunds

  • Attend travel seminars to remain updated with admission application trends

  • Enter data into our software and maintain client files

  • Network and partner with overseas schools including colleges and universities.

  • Maintain industry statistics and financial records

  • Meet profit and sales targets



Requirements:




  • Knowledge of visa processes for multiple countries (Canada, USA, UK, etc.).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or a relevant field

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong communication and research skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.

  • Proven work experience as a Travel Agent

  • Excellent knowledge of computer reservation systems, GDS systems and e-travelling is an added advantage.

  • Strong sales skills and commercial awareness

  • Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively

  • Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
