As the Business Development and Client Relations Manager, you will play a key role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, sourcing global clients, and building long—term relationships.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in business development. sales. or client relations, preferably in the tech or software industry.
Strong understanding of software development and IT outsourcing services.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
