Responsibilities




  • Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

  • Ensure customers satifactions.

  • Responding to email and social medial handles orders such as Instagram, whatapp etc.

  • Answer customer queries regarding menu items, services, and the establishment in general.

  • Calmly handle customer complaints and issues, escalating to management when necessary.

  • Responsible for taking customer orders both online and offlineaccurately and ensuring they receive their correct order.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to hygiene and health safety standards.



Requirements




  • Candidates should possess an OND / NCE / HND / B.Sc Degrees with 1 - 2 years work experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Patient and excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and calmly.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
