  • We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Accountant to join our team and manage the company’s financial records and transactions. If you are detail-oriented, analytical, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!



Key Responsibilities




  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including financial report balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.

  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

  • Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing regular reports and insights to management.

  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decision-making.

  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.

  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants as needed.

  • Provide financial guidance for the company’s projects and investments, including real estate transactions.



What We’re Looking For




  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Experience: At least 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry.



Skills:




  • Proficiency in accounting software and tools (e.g. Zoho Accounting Software).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Solid understanding of financial regulations and tax compliance.

  • Knowledge on preparing Management report.
