To provide efficient hardware troubleshooting and support across all business locations. To ensure optimal system functionality and reliability, maintain and upgrade hardware as needed, and contribute to system improvements and innovation.
Job Details
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware components ranging from work tools to self service to network apparatus
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues
- Perform regular maintenance and upgrades
- Provide technical support to users
- Maintain hardware inventory and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety and security standards
Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree
- COMPTIA A+
- 2 years minimum
COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS:
Technical:
- Proficiency in hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux, macOS)
- Familiarity with networking concepts and equipment (e.g., routers, switches)
- Basic understanding of IT security protocols
