Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor with architectural background to plan,organize, and oversee all installation processes, ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Budgets :
- Implement and maintain installation strategies aligned with customer objectives.
- Develop systems to track productivity, standards, and performance targets to
- ensure effective installation and project completion.
- Provide daily updates on site status and progress.
Installation Planning & Organizing :
- Plan and oversee day-to-day site installations to meet specifications and deadlines and exceed our customers’ expectations
- Optimize workflows and evaluate installation schedules for team development to measure due date delivery performance.
- Conduct pre-installation meetings and implement cost-saving strategies to reduce
- expenses and increase productivity across all client sites
- Develop and maintain metrics for quality, delivery, and safety.
Team Management
- Build strong rapport with the installation team through open communication,
- promote a positive, safe , productive and efficient work environment
- Continually analyze, identify and set expectations to motivate team members to achieve objectives and goals
- Daily appraisal of team members to ensure excellent performance
Quality Assurance
- Ensure products meet quality standards to reduce rework costs.
- Monitor installation standards at all stages.
Process Improvement :
- Recommend measures to minimize waste and improve installation practices.
- Promote continuous improvement and self-development.
Customer Management
- Ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of installations.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project progress.
Key Requirements:
- B.Sc./HND in Architecture or any other relevant discipline
- Advanced degrees (M.Sc., MBA) or certifications (PMP) are added advantage.
- 2 5 years' relevant experience, preferably in furniture manufacturing or architecture.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in strategic thinking, project management, and problem-solving.
