Responsibilities:




  • Managing the procurement of goods and services.

  • Negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best prices and terms.

  • Coordinating logistics, including transportation and warehousing.

  • Maintaining accurate inventory records.

  • Ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

  • Tracking shipments and resolving any delivery issues.

  • Evaluating supplier performance and building strong relationships.

  • Preparing purchase orders and other relevant documentation.



Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in logistics, purchasing, or a related field is an advantage.

  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).  

  • Knowledge of procurement best practices and supply chain management principles.

  • Driving skill is an added advantage.

  • Willingness to travel or work in other branches other than head office.
