As a Technical Support Intern, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Technical Support team with diagnosing and resolving technical issues while ensuring customer satisfaction. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the ICT industry.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person.

  • Help install, configure, and maintain ICT equipment and software.

  • Document technical issues and their resolutions for future reference.

  • Support the team in conducting routine system maintenance and updates.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless technical operations.

Qualifications:




  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (recent graduates or those in NYSC are welcome to apply).
