Job Summary




  • We are seeking a highly organized and marketing-savvy Senior Admin/Marketing Officer to support the operations and growth of BNI for Chapters in our regions which includes- Lekki,Abuja, Ogun state & Niger State, Nigeria.

  • The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage marketing initiatives, and ensure seamless execution of chapter and regional events.



Key Responsibilities



Administrative Support:




  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and leadership.

  • Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.

  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.

  • Inspire and motivate chapter presidents and director consultant to set goals with proper monitoring.



Marketing and Communications:




  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the chapter and attract new members.

  • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Linked-In, Instagram) to engage members, share updates, and promote events.

  • Create and distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, email newsletters).

  • Collaborate with members to develop and share success stories and testimonials.

  • Marketing to establish new chapters and grow existing chapters in each of the regions.



Event Management:




  • Coordinate and execute regional and chapter meetings, events, and workshops.

  • Book venues, arrange catering, and manage logistics (physical and virtual)

  • Ensure timely communication with members, speakers, and vendors.

  • Evaluate event success and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Co-ordinate and market sponsorship of events



Member Engagement:




  • Welcome and onboard new members.(Physical and for virtual)

  • Provide support and guidance to members on chapter policies and procedures.

  • Encourage member participation and engagement in chapter activities.

  • Organize training for members and leaders

  • Acts as liaison with director - Consultants for reports of each chapter

  • Inspire, motivate and monitor growth of members

  • Ensure prompt reporting of chapter meetings and events

  • Identify and address members concerns and issues.

  • Monitor retention and renewal of membership



Requirements




  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or HND degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in administration, marketing, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Experience with social media management and marketing software.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work with chapters located outside lagos using zoom, whatsapp, telephone and email



Preferred Qualifications:




  • Experience working with a networking organization or business association.

  • Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software.

  • Certification in marketing, administration, or a related field.
